  • PLEASE NOTE: Our classes are filling rapidly by word of mouth, even before they are posted. If you wish to come to a class that says FULL, please call and give us your name. If we have a cancellation we will call you.

Q: Is it safe to bring my puppy to classes after only one vaccination?
A:Although it may be safe, we require your puppy to have its first two sets of shots.
Q: Is a 6 week class enough to ensure a well trained dog?
A: We offer this Basic class as a starting point. This class provides you with the basics for a well mannered dog at home, or the basics to go on to any sport you choose.
Q: Is it okay to repeat a class I have already taken?
A: Yes it is okay to repeat a class, as all dogs progress at different speeds, especially puppies versus older dogs.

    Payments
We only accept cash and cheques. Please bring exact amount if paying by cash!

    Class Information and Policies:
  • You can bring soft treats or a toy. We suggest Canine CarryOuts or Pupperoni. Other treats that are soft and easy to eat are fine also.
  • Have a long leash. We suggest at least a 6 foot leash and leather. Nylon is fine but no retractable or chain leads. We do have some leather leashes available for purchase.
  • Wear comforatble foot wear. Running shoes/flat shoes are best.
  • Bring your dog hungry. This will help prevent accidents.
  • Try to arrive 10 minutes early. If there is another class going on you can wait in the kennel room or outside until the other class has finished.
  • If your dog is in heat, a credit to allow you to complete the class within the next year, will be provided, if you notify your instructor.
  • We accept Junior Handlers through our Junior Kennel Club. Adults must remain present during these classes.
  • Anyone 16 years of age or older can take adult classes.
  • If you are going to be missing a class please contact your instructor. Your instructor will provide their name and phone number during the first class.
