Hello, my name is Rick and I am an RKOC instructor. I am a long time owner of the Doberman Pinscher breed and have become very knowledgeable in training through breed specific behaviours. I have successfully earned a CKC Companion Dog (CD) title on a Doberman and many flyball titles. I have also trialed in AAC Agility. During my tenure with the RKOC I have become qualified to teach beginner obedience as well as agility. During demos children leery of Dobermanss quickly come to enjoy racing my dogs and want to pet them after racing. I have kept current on various training methods through attending seminars, taking training from other instructors, reading books, Internet articles and watching instructional videos. I am very passionate about helping dog owners achieve the level of training they want for their dogs and I have successfully helped many dog owners through training problems when they couldn't obstain the desired level of help elsewhere.
